Contacted by a kranen recruiter because he has seen my code on gitub. Had introductionary interview, with another recruiter, which took about 1 hour. Was asked generic non-technical questions and was asked to provide my github work again. Received generic "thank you for your time" email after a week.

Interview process with three rounds total:
- Initial Phone screen call with Recruiter
- Take home assignment specific to the applied position
- 1 round technical interview
- Behavioral interview and interview with the team

Question 1
Tell me about a project that you are most proud of
It seems impossible to even get noticed by the recruiters / HR in the first place.
It would be nice if they'd not just reject you based on past work experience (which is hard to measure and can be lied about) and resume, but instead select based on verifiable data.
For engineering jobs, they could offer a challenge, ideally something close to the actual job, for other roles they could do assessments to measure specific skills.
For any role, they should test if the candidate is a good culture fit, as skills can be trained, but culture is a much more innate value.
Now potentially great employees are being completely ignored and not even given a chance.

Auto rejection without a reason. I would have expected at least a sentence of reply as to why they have auto-rejected me. It is good to know so one can improve.
