Kramer + Kramer interview questions

The actual interviews were ok and went well. The communication in between was awful. I had to reach out every time to just get an update. I had great interviews with HR, President, and Global rep and I thought I was a good fit. After my last interview, I expected a call back or even an offer. Nope. Nothing. When I reached back out after 2 weeks, they told me they put the job on hold in order to reassess. I did not like the waiting and indecision . I also would have appreciated a heads up that they pulled the job. Now I see it is reposted. I have since accepted another job so I’m situated but the lack of communication especially since I was such a good fit was disturbing. Be aware when interviewing for this company . They just don’t seem to know what they want.
