I applied through a job site. I got a call from an administrator lady after 2 weeks. They don't have an HR it seems. There were 3 rounds of interview. Including one each with founder and operations head. All the rounds were very easy and it was just like a cakewalk. But these people are extremely unprofessional. The administrative lady called in the morning and told me that they will conduct the interview in the afternoon, there was no email confirmation. But these people are completely ignoring me after the interview, these people rarely answer my calls. If at all administrative lady pick my call, she is telling like I will talk to the founder and let you know by today EOD. But that today EOD has never come. If I am not selected, why can't they tell to me? Why are they playing these kinds of games? Il attended all the rounds of interviews without any hesitation. At least a deserve a reply from them. These people must learn to appreciate candidates effort and time.
