I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Kreg Therapeutics in Aug 2022
Interview
Met in person with the hiring VP and followed up numerous times with him expressing my interest in the job. Did not receive the courtesy of a thank you rejection email, etc.
The process was very professional and interviewer was on time. Asked the general interview questions, there were no curveballs. I would not suggest that they do anything differently and appreciate the opportunity to interview and thank them for their consideration. Interview was conducted over the phone and it took about an hour.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kreg Therapeutics
Interview
I found Kreg Therapeutics on the internet and inquired about job openings. They didn't have any availabilities at the time, but still allowed me to submit a resume to keep on file in the event that something opened up (as I understand it they are a rapidly growing company). I was pleasantly surprised to get a phone call a few months down the road from Kreg to see if I was still seeking a sales position.
The interview process was challenging for me and they are thorough about understanding your personality and motives. The process was organized and fast paced, and I honestly didn't feel like I prepared myself enough for it. They ended up choosing another candidate, but at least I walked away with a better sense of how I should prepare for my next medical sales interview. Wish I would have gotten the job!
