I would like to inform that this company's medical staff has 3rd grade professional behavior , infact they are not professional. Simply they time pass with you. Because they think Dentist who works already in same profile in India top organization and having 2 year experience in claims adjudicator than he and she don't have medical knowledge why because they are dentist. Such a worst process they have , manager and interviewer considered the experience dentist in tpa or other company as a useless because they are dentist. I think this company need proper audit regarding everything and every department. Not a single staff have good communication skills except HR. HR more than doctor there but doctor behave as a he is most intelligent person in Medical. I just suggest to every one be aware this low grade team because they spoil company name as well fame. I am sure that they also don't know 100% in medical knowledge overall moreover , they might learned from there mentor or training department but when they want to hire some doctor special they are dentist experience in insurance and medical tpa health care than they expect that he or she should have PHD in medical . Lastly I wanna say they don't value dentist and they dont wanna hire and give training to dentist. so all doctor should avoid this company . Moreover , there is no increment and work is more you have to work like donkey surrounded with society less people.
