Contacted by MarketInvoice via Hired.com Phone interview's involved chat about the role and my background, followed by a technical test over the phone using coderpad. Nothing too difficult, more of a screening. In person interviews involved three technical interviews and a final values interview with a senior employee outside of tech. Technical interviews included a pair programming exercise and a code smell test as well as a more general discussion around experience. Company were keen to get all interviews done back to back on the same day. This meant I didn't have much time for questions about the role during the technical interviews and as the the final interview was with someone from Sales, I wasn't able to ask these questions. However, the company were happy for me to come back the next day to discuss these questions which I found very positive.
