I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (Boston, MA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Applied through career site on campus. Had on campus interview, mix of behavioral and technical questions. Moved on to Super Day Round, this includes three one on one interviews with a group case study. Have not attended super day yet, but first round in person, interviewer was very helpful and kind, willing to help talk through answers.

Question 1
Value a private company?
DCF?
WACC?
How to get to cash flows to only equity holders?
First round interview was virtual. Was shown interview questions prior to recording my answers, and had unlimited time to prepare before answering. There were quite a few question, though I was able to take as much time as needed to prepare.
Overall average interview including dcf and other valuation approaches focus including precedents and market multiples , overall capital markets knowledge might also be useful including knowledge about what kroll does
Multiple rounds, first phone interview. Then flown into office where we did interviews with some of the team members, then a case study with other interviewees and presented to the team and had lunch after. Later received a phone call.
