I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll in Mar 2016
Interview
2 phone interviews. Both behavioral. The first by first year analyst and the second by 2 managers. Easy questions such as walk me through your resume, tell me about yourself, what is transfer pricing etc. Friendly people, great work culture.
Smooth process, met the team, mix of questions, both behavioral and technical. Overall it was a very normal interview with not a lot of curve balls. The interviewers were respectful and kind, and the experience was very conversational in a way.
First round was a HireVue that asked a couple behavioral questions and a couple technical. After that I was invited to the SuperDay at their Chicago office. This consisted of 4 interviews with various members of the team, and then a final group case study.

Interview
Fun and nice people. I met with the recruiter. Had 2 phone screens and went to Super Day. It was a fun experience with a reception the night before and a series of one on one interviews and a group case study at the end. I liked the office but did not get the job.
