I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Kroll (London, England) in Aug 2010
Interview
Initial interview was with a director and VP. very friendly and professional approach. Not many technical questions and No B.S qns relating to personality and stuff. They asked me qns about the projects I was involved in. Second interview consisted of a lunch with a director and a VP. Asked me about my career ambitions and goals.
First round phone call with HR. Then a relatively straightforward written test, but tight on time, as there was quite a lot of material to look through. Didn't hear back after the test.
Just want to share more about the interview, the HR is quite friendly and the behaviour questions are general, asking your background and why kroll, stuff like that. Written test will be taken offline and manager interview will then start after that.
I applied online for the role and heard back the same afternoon asking to arrange an interview and then I had three interviews over the next couple of weeks . The first was with Hr which was basic and easy. Second and third were with management which were progressively more challenging and formal. After doing well in the second interview, I was asked to do a third interview in the same week which was unusual but I took as a good sign. The third interview was more formal and challenging. I never heard back after the third interview from management or HR. I was completely ghosted by the company after completing three interviews with them.
