I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kubrick Group (Southwark, England) in Jun 2019
Interview
Interview was simple and straight foward. Mainly competence based questions and just have a couple news articles in mind to talk about regarding data. Research data regulation and just have general knowledge and you will be good to go.
Initially applied via an online application. Then received an initial call. Next an assessment day with a range of tests to understand strengths and weaknesses in skills such as communication and problem-solving and then a final interview.
Series of tests and riddles. Ranging from diagrammatic reasoning and riddles to building an app. Seems to be raw aptitude tests. You can prepare for this by looking at riddles they have used online.
Video interview had 3 questions where you had unlimited time and could take the video 3 times before submitting. All the questions can be found on glassdoor prior if you need help to prepare.
