First they conduct a normal interview to get to know about you if we are successful there then they conduct a technical interview with a team lead after that they some time give decision on the spot but sometimes they hold it for few days. for me they gave on spot decision

Interview
Initial telephone conversation with a senior engineer, a take-home technical test to be completed in my own time and finally an on-site interview with various members of the technical and management team, a tour of the office and opportunity to meet the team.
