I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Kukuspeak (Beijing, Beijing) in Mar 2015
Interview
Easy. They're more interested in quantity - not quality. They don't compensate fairly. Asked basic questions about experience and classroom ideas. Interview on skype with management. Bad connection on their end.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Kukuspeak in Jun 2014
Interview
I was interviewed over the phone. It was a basic interview about experience, methodology, and what my expertise was in. It lasted less than an hour. Then I had a second phone interview to discuss salary, materials, and schedule. I sent copies of my diploma and photo. I gave a sample lesson (not payed). Then after I signed the contract, I started working.
