technical and hr interview technical interview is around 45 minutes in that they ask about multithreading collecion and exception handling
and advance java like lifecycle of jsp and servlet and explain project

📞 2. Initial HR/Recruiter Call (Phone Screen)
What Happens: A recruiter contacts you to:
Discuss your background
Explain the role
Ask about availability, salary expectations, etc.
Usually no coding here, just screening.

💻 3. Technical Phone/Online Screen
What Happens: One or two coding challenges via platforms like HackerRank, CoderPad, or Zoom screen share.
Topics: Data structures, algorithms, string manipulation, etc.
✅ Tip: Practice on LeetCode, HackerRank, or Codeforces.
