The interview started with the interviewer starting his PPT without even asking my name. This step is mainly designed to break the candidates initial thoughts. Apart from this the interviewer was stern and showed no emotions. Hung up on me even before letting me finish "have a nice day" I understand that I was selected, but this is no way to treat a human being who needs a job.
