Interview
While the Kyndryl recruiter was responsive, professional, and polished, the initial interview with the hiring manager was a completely different story. She was late, unpolished, scattered, and above that, she had WebEx issues. It didn't leave a lot of time to sell myself when the 30 minute interview lost ~ 10 mins.
While I respect the goals that Kyndryl is setting for itself post-IBM spin-off, they need to face the reality that long-time career IBMers may sail them into the same technology market irrelevancy that IBM found itself in the past few years unless. Kyndryl needs a massive injection of new blood and ideas. I think I dodged a bullet on this one.
Six rounds of interviews with different stakeholders including marketing directors , VP and SP. Was asked to complete two assignments and present . The interview process was very slow . Took about three months .
Interview process was super straightforward. Simple behaviorals and interviewer had a really welcoming and positive energy. Probably heard back around 1-2 months later after initial phone screen call with HR.
