A quick screening is done to assess basic fit for the role and interest.
2. Initial Screening Call (15–30 mins)
Conducted by a recruiter or hiring coordinator.
Discuss your background, current role, salary expectations, notice period, and motivation for applying.
You can ask about the team, tools, and the interview timeline.
3. Technical Interview / Assessment (1–2 Rounds)
This can be live or take-home and may include:
The first round was resume screening and the second round was assessment and the third round was group discussion and last round was face to face which was offline in the company
2 round of interview process. It was quite good. Got mail about that role which I have applied. Then Recruiter mail. Interview done. Then documents verification and the offer letter
