Very pleasant, asks about their mission in your own words. Asks the type of skills you have to offer. Claire was the one that interviewed me via zoom. The interview process was about 35 to 40 minutes long.

Talked on the phone, about two weeks after submitting my application, then went to visit L'arche in person (very casual, just seeing if it would be a good fit). Pretty relaxed process - they need people, and they are looking more for passion than for previous experience
