They were polite, kind, and described well the challenges of the position. They left out a couple of things that I'd rather have known going in, but for the most part, it was well-conducted.

Very pleasant, asks about their mission in your own words. Asks the type of skills you have to offer. Claire was the one that interviewed me via zoom. The interview process was about 35 to 40 minutes long.
