Phone call with interview scheduled quickly. made me wait over 30 minutes and had me fill out a form asking my 5 best qualities, 3 best accomplishments. Then I got the pitch, it was scripted, rush and told my gut feelings were spot on. It is not a job, it is an opportunity to sell insurance products.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no question, just a very scripted description of the job. The interviewer had no passion, and really didn't explain anything about the role and responsibilities.

Interview
They did not inform me that there will be a two step interview process. They ask you to bring a copy of your resume which I always carry with me on interviews. But I wondered why they did not already have a copy. Before I went to the interview I looked up the company and could not find any information. So just in case I took my husband with me. When I got to the interview I understood why. My first suspicion was the amount of people that I saw sitting in one of the rooms. Then I waited in the car for 15 minutes because I arrived early and at least 10 people walked in dressed for interviews. Once I went into the building there was loud music playing which caught the attention of me and another applicant who asked me do I know what this job is about. Then they have you fill a two page paper describing yourself. After that someone comes out to interview you. While the interviewer is describing the company they are talking so fast you only can gather pieces of the information. All I kept hearing is that I would have to obtain a insurance license and pay $55 for a background check. She made sure she kept repeating the part about the $55.

Interview
I got a call within 12 hours of submitting my application asking to set up an interview, which seemed like a red flag. I went back to look at the job description and Googled all the "top places to work" lists they claimed to be on, and it turns out they're not on any of them. A little further Internet research turns up that this is a scam. Regardless of what you apply for, you'll be offered a 100% commission sales job working for a very shady organization. Avoid this place at all costs!
