The interview process was pretty standard and straight forward. At my location, I was interviewed by two LAZ managers simultaneously. They occasionally spoke over each other which was a little confusing, but also made me feel better about my own performance.

It was a straightforward interview. Nothing difficult to answer. Manager was extremely professional. Great eye contact. One of the quickest interview I have ever had. I wasn't even prepared for the interview,
