The interview experience was disappointing. The interviewer’s attitude came across as somewhat dismissive and lacking professionalism. The questions focused mainly on very basic, procedural matters — things that could easily be learned with minimal instruction — rather than assessing my actual skills, experience, or personality fit, which felt somewhat short-sighted. Toward the end, when I shared my interests and hobbies, they reacted by implying that my answers were not genuine, which I found quite disrespectful and unprofessional.
There were three rounds of face to face interviews with technical and behavioural questions with first the Analyst, then the Vice President and finally the Managing Director. The interview consisted of corporate finance, accounting and behavioural questions
