I got a phone from a, then, current employee stating there's an opportunity and a schedule for a meeting with one of the top managers. I did one interview. During which, I had to go through all my college education and past experiences. I was asked if I thought I was the right candidate for the position and how I will fit. I spoke about how my current personality and capabilities would match those needed in my next challenge. I think I was persuasive. After that I was informed I was approved and got an offer.
