LENA Machine Learning Engineer interview questions

Contacted by a recruiter and was told there would be a background screening before the actual interview. Raised some red flags but nonetheless went with it. After 3 weeks, had a phone interview with top management. Then 2 weeks later I was connected with a senior scientist who didn't ask any challenging questions at all. Seemed like they had already hired someone else. No communication from them despite informing me that next steps would be communicated. Be very sure to ask what they really need regarding the position.
