Meet with the Helpdesk Manager. Then the CIO. They ask you questions to find your skill level. I thought I failed. But they hired me. It is more like do you fit in with the culture.

Interview
The process was pretty laid back. They asked for me to complete a Technical Lab where they asked if I could do certain things on a system in front of them. After the Technical there was an interview with a Sales Manager that was pretty casual as well.

Interview
Basically they do a phone interview with you to see if you meet their minimum requirements. If you do they schedule an interview with the Helpdesk Manager. After the second round of interviews they bring back a few top candidates to interview with the Managing IT Director who then hires one of the final candidates.
