Interesting process. Mostly talk up the company and the difficulty of the job. People are very nice and they seem to really love what they do. First interview was with a recruiter, second was with two managers and you had to answer questions based on scenarios and do a presentation, finally you respond to a customer via email.

Basically how would you respond to a customer who told you they found a lower price even though they really liked your product
Short compared to others in the industry. An introductory call followed by a formal 45 minute video interview and an offer several days later. I would rate this as a good experience overall.

Interview
The interview process with LHH is pretty lengthy.
There's an inteview with HR, following with the Hiring manager, another interview with the higher management, and another separate interview with another higher management along with an assessment test about your personality. In my previous experience most interviews have up to 2 interviews max.

This was my 2nd interview and the first one was very positive so I was expecting a good 2nd or final interview already but no. The interviewer literally pulled up my CV during the interview and went through it with me literally waiting for them to read another sentence that they would then ask me to talk about.... No people skills at all
