Literally walked into an unfinished looking office space and then had to go to work with the hiring personal. Was sold a dream of how much I can make and the business trips we'd go on just to end up getting NO hours week after week because of stores no longer wanting there business! Reps were double staffed at the few stores they did have business with

Interview
It was pretty standard and quick. They didn't really explaining too much of the job, they were explaining what they could do for you. The owner gave me a sheet of paper with their training program and his business card. I was sure I applied for Communications position, but they were treating it like it was for sales.
