It will almost always be a group interview. Not very well structured, you better have something worthwhile to mention other than "my grades were good". That means nothing. It can be quite intense because anything you do say will be torn apart to make absolutely certain that you did not pull it out of your a**. As long as you have a reason for everything you say and you can back it up effectively you should fair well. You will also likely speak with 2 different people, CEO and Office Manager.
