I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LMAX Group (London, England) in Aug 2016
Interview
Applied through a recruiter. Received a questionnaire a day later. 6 questions around what interests you in Software Developer. No wrong answer type questions. A first round interview was scheduled a week later. It was with a person from HR. Went over my background and asked some non-technical questions 1) Why LMAX? 2) What would you bring to LMAX? etc.
A second round interview was setup a few days later. It was a phone interview with three developers. It was very tailored to my resume. I walked them through a couple projects and they asked technical questions based on the projects. No general technical questions you would typically get. I was rejected after this round. They provided detailed feedback on their reasoning which is always appreciated.

Interview
From what I remember this was demanding but not stressful. I've been in some interviews where they seem more about proving how smart they are. Not LMAX - the problems in the interview are well thought out - they take time to ensure that you know about the company.

Question 1
There's a long question that builds up. Its about a logging class in java. Can't remember much about it as it was so long ago.
