After speaking on the phone with HR I met with their team at HQ and then a breakfast at a Starbucks, which had to be then changed to a Dennys 2 minutes beforehand. I felt okay about the process, even though it was pretty disorganized. At the end the two gentlemen were implying if not almost telling me an offer would come. The VP then said "you'll hear from us shortly" After a few days of nothing I followed up but got no response. Two weeks later still notbing. Then finally three weeks later they answer and tell me they thought I wasnt interested because I did t follow up, which I did, multiple times. I simply took a job with a better fitting company the next day.
