I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at LP Building Solutions in Apr 2022
Interview
The interviews started off well, those who interviewed me seemed tenured and intelligent. I was EXTREMELY transparent regarding my compensation expectations within the first 5 min of the very first intro call. Less than an hour before my 4th interview I was told they were over 15% lower than what I had informed them the bottom was for me. Overall, a very clear disregard for others time, lower than industry standard compensation and overall poor communication all things considered. Would not recommend wasting your time interviewing.
