the whole process is good,
the manager seems very uptight but I guess that's what you need for an manager-level role.
The other two employees are very nice and keeps the conversation going very smooth.
You just be prepared for all the behavioral question and acquire basic understanding of accounting knowledge.

Basic knowledge abt balance sheet and income statement.
