Spoke with a Regional over the phone. No real hard questions, because all they are looking for are bodies to fill positions. I don't think they really care about anything but having someone with any experience. I then did a FaceTime meeting with a property manager. I received a text soon after that I was getting a job offer letter in the next day or so.
