This is an industry where everyone knows everyone. Be honest. They will call your former and current employers and contacts, and find out what they need to know. Usually there is one interview, and you are hired or not based on that interview.

I was expecting more questions and intended to have to answer more about my work experience, but they already learned what they needed to know from my previous employers, and I was hired essentially before I walked in the door.
