      Laser Operator Interview

      Jun 4, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Plymouth, MN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at LSA Laser (Plymouth, MN) in Sep 2013

      Interview

Asked about things that were actually useful to the job. Practical pen and paper testing, math, blueprint reading, measurement skills. I never got to do the lego test in my actual interview, they added that later and used me for a sample after I was hired. As silly as it sounds, legos are a really good assessment of necessary skills- dexterity, following directions, attention to detail, spatial rotation. Plus it's funny, so you relax a little.
