They first conducted a written test consisting aptitude and English followed by interview round at the college.
They selected around 20 students from mechanical engg.
There was a dedicated interviewer for HR questions and let me tell you HR questions matter a lot for selection here.

The whole process of recruitment was 2 steps.
First they conducted a written test, then they conducted an interview for the students who qualified in round 1, for the interview.
So, I qualified the for the interview and have gone through round 2.
the interviewer asked me a few questions in my subjects and then qualified me for the final round i.e., HR round.

Very bad...Only 10 people were selected from a batch of 40 for the gd round.the hr was very rude...She only min marked everything...The company was interested in candidates having great communication skills..
