LTA Research interview questions

The interview process consisted of approximately 10 rounds over the course of nearly two months. It began with a recruiter screening, followed by several virtual interviews with various team members. Eventually, I was invited on-site for a full day of back-to-back 30–45 minute interviews in a gauntlet-style format with multiple engineers and managers, as well as a facility tour. While I appreciated the opportunity to meet the team and see the project firsthand, the process felt excessive and poorly coordinated at times. There was minimal communication between rounds, and after investing a significant amount of time and energy to attend the final interviews, I never received any follow-up—not even a rejection. This lack of closure was especially disappointing given the time and effort candidates are expected to commit. If you're considering applying, be prepared for a drawn-out process and the possibility of radio silence afterward.
