Interview
2 person interview with open ended "what if" and "how do you" questions. Asked about current strengths, weaknesses and transferable skills. The interview was 30-45 minutes in length and did not walk me through the offices (I did ask to see them). One interviewer was more silent than the other and wondered why she was even there.

I submitted my resume online. 4 days later I had a telephonic prescreen with HR. 3 days later I had an interview with potential supervisor via zoom. Call back from HR and letter via email.

Initial interview was a 45 minute phone call. HR described the position, asked questions about my past and how my former experiences can fit/relate to the position. End of phone call ended with an offer to meet for an in person interview and take an online 4 question test relating to daily workload if the position was offered.
In person interview was with a supervisor and director for the department. General interview questions about strengths/weaknesses/organization/teamwork/situational times.
Whole process took a week from phone interview to offer.

Very laid back management with pleasant interview experience all around. Felt very comfortable and welcomed from the very beginning. Drug screen and background check required. It was a great experience.
