Interview process was extremely lengthy and disappointing.
I went through 5 rounds of interviews over nearly one month. The first round was conducted on April 30 and the final round on May 26. Throughout the process, I invested significant time in preparation, attending interviews, and following up on updates.
My concern is not the rejection itself. Every company has the right to select the candidate they believe is the best fit. The issue was the duration and number of rounds involved before reaching a decision. If there were major concerns regarding my suitability, those could have been identified much earlier in the process.
For candidates, spending a month in a multi-round interview process only to be rejected at the final stage can be frustrating and time-consuming. A more streamlined evaluation process and faster decision-making would greatly improve the candidate experience.
I hope the company reviews its interview process and communication timelines so that future candidates have a better experience.
