prepare all basic programs and prepare oops concept (java), be thorough with your projects. And maintain a proper dress code. Practice the introduction part before real interview and make your resume simple and crisp. All questions were asked based on resume. And prepare sql queries, dbms concepts and present your answers neat and precise way.
