In the initial stages, it was evident from the aptitude test that I possess a total of 5.3 years of professional experience, with 2.5 years specifically in the relevant field. Despite successfully progressing through all interview rounds and HR discussions that spanned over 15 to 17 days, I have recently been informed, after multiple follow-ups, that my application was not selected based on years of experience rather than technical knowledge.
If they had to judge me based on my years if experience why should they take interview and tell me the positive feedback and then reject for the year of experience ?
moreover they haven't told they are looking for 5 years of experience.

The interview had 2 technical rounds, both had questions diving deep into data and projects completed professionally. There were a few SQL and cloud related questions as well. Both the interviewers were decent and polite.
Then interview process had 3 rounds. 2 rounds of technical and 1 HR. 1st was easy they checked whether skill set is aligns with job description and some general information. 2nd round is bit rough all technical question based on the skillset mentioned in the resume.
