I applied through college or university. I interviewed at LTS (Mount Laurel, NJ) in May 2017
Interview
The interview process was very informal. It seemed very unorganized as they weren't ready for me to show up and had to keep me in a room for 5 minutes until a sales manager showed up. She then briefly went over my resume and asked few questions about the company and why I am interested in working here. After 10 minutes or so of casual chats, she brought the HR associate? who is in charge of new member training. The associate told me she just received my resume and didn't know she was going to interview me. Overall, the interview was rather informal and very unorganized.
At the end of the day, I received a phone call basically giving me the offer with a very low base salary. Glad I received an offer but most likely would decline.
The first interview was with a recruiter who went over basic job description and asked questions about my work experience.
The 2nd and final interview was a with the branch manager who also asked about my work experience and if I had any knowledge about security.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LTS (Mount Laurel, NJ) in Mar 2015
Interview
This place is run and operated by the Chinese. Lots and lots of broken English here. Nice enough people I interviewed with but I suspect there is lots and lots of turnover here. The language barriers, and also the difficult of unrealistic goals and metrics, will make LTS the last place one should seek employment.
