LUCHFORD interview questions

Applied to the role on Linkedin. There was an informal phone call with Head of Department followed by interview in person with the CEO, Kelly Luchford at the offices. Fast paced process and was not left waiting for an answer.

I applied through Linkedin and they contacted me within a couple of days for an interview. You could clearly see that they hadn't even looked at my cv as I had 4 years experience of account management but no media experience. Either way, the interview lasted 5 minutes. They made me waste my time when they could've just looked at my cv at first. She then had the guts to offer me an internship opportunity with 4 years of experience working with multinational brands...
