Ask for the details of the candidate and some questions, such as where are you living / how do you commute to the office etc.
Before the interview, there was a written test for around 30 minutes.
Easy. Simple test and one mutual interview with zoom, you might be able to pass quickly, and without any pressure. If you know and utilize the target language as native speaker, don’t worry.

Received an offer, agreed to go on with paperwork, but they never called back. Mailed them for an update, no answer, not even a rejection.
