      Anonymous employee
      Montreal, QC
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at La Ronde (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2016

      Interview

      Ride Operator Interview

      Jun 26, 2018
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Montreal, QC
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at La Ronde (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2018

      Interview

Fairly easy, they had us take a little math test about what change to give back to the customer. After that we had a group interview of around 12 candidates with 4 employees who would take notes and interact with us. They were very nice and were obviously making sure we were comfortable. We started off with introductions and had to tell to the group one fact about ourselves. After that we had an activity were we had to invent another ride or shop for the park in groups of around 5 and present it to the rest of the group. After that the final activity was a sort of role play thing where one employee would explain a problem to you that could happen on the job and you had to act out with them how you would react. The entire thing was in French.
