I was contacted by the human resource director for an interview with her and a team of 3 attorneys. The interview lasted about 45 minutes with basic questions being asked, but also very specific to the area of law I was applying for. They wanted to know exactly what I did and didn't know. After the interview I was asked to fill out an application and they wanted two references. They called my current employer (with my permission), and one question they asked him was how I demonstrated personal responsibility. They told me it was between myself and two other candidates.
