The CEO of LadyBoss and I met on a video call for 30 minutes. She continued to ask me 20 questions about call center experience for 29 minutes. She was very aggressive and very serious with her questions. She had a very serious look on her face and never smiled during the 30 minute video call. Since she asked me questions for 29 minutes, she only left me with 1 minute to ask her questions on the final 1 minute of our scheduled 30 minute video call. I asked her to describe the company culture (since I heard from several people that LadyBoss has a negative culture). She then talked about how woman love the LadyBoss products and never answered the question. Then the interview was over. I asked for more time since she asked me questions for 29 of the 30 minutes and she said "No". I was not impressed with this immature behavior as a leader. I passed on interviewing any further upon speaking with the CEO.

I sent in my resume and they called me a few days later. They went over a bunch of company information and then asked me a few questions. The woman who I spoke to was very nice and considerate.
