Lafayette Club interview questions

Very quick asked me some situational questions related to lifeguarding and customer service as well as had me take a Briggs Myers test. Then talked over what working at Lafayette is like. Was given a huge packet of papers that outlined what was to come as well as mentioned that there was a mandatory in-service training coming up.

It wasn't so much an interview but an informational conversation where at the end they asked me if I wanted the position or not. It was extremely easy and not intimidating whatsoever. Definitely one of the easiest interviews I have ever taken part in. After accepting, went through all of the paper work and then other orientation items.
