Very casual, laid back interview process. Hiring manager was helpful and honest about what to expect from the company. He explained the pay, benefits, and working hours. He explained the types of sites that the company services, and what to expect when working these particular sites. He also explained that they prefer to hire people with lots of experience because they do not have much of a training program to speak of.
