      Operations Interview

      May 3, 2019
      Anonymous employee
      Orem, UT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lakanto (Orem, UT) in Jan 2019

      Interview

The interview processes is usually a four step process, but there is always flexibility. First you will have a phone call with the direct manager who will be over you. If you advance to the next round you will come into the office for an in person interview with that direct manager and possibly one other person (I had the COO join for part of it). Again if you advance to the next round you will come in for a team interview; I had 6 or 7 people in my interview. Finally you will have an executive interview with 4 to 6 people to make sure you are a good culture fit. I will have to say for Operations the first couple of interviews can be intense as we are trying to gauge how you will handle very important decisions. Other teams are much more laid back. The process can also take weeks or you can get lucky like me and it only took 1 week.
