Interview
All candidates came from college career fairs. Next round was on campus/phone interviews, then finally, six, 30-minute interviews back to back with a pool of 5 other candidates. I was told there were 3 total days structured the same way. I received my offer 2 days after interviewing with an email followed by a phone call.

Interview
Applied at college career fair. I was contacted a couple weeks later via email to set up a phone interview with one of the Rotational Engineering Leaders. About two weeks later I was notified that I was going to be flown out to headquarters (MA) for an onsite interview, which wasn't for another month. The onsite interview consisted of 6 one on one interviews in one day as wekk as a group activity. Overall process from career fair to offer took about 3 months.
