HR calls you to setup an interview at HeadQuarters. You interview with HR, then do an assessment test which is math and questions. They set you up with an interview that day with the branch you applied to. You go to the branch and interview with a branch manager or ABM and teller manager. If you don't get the job HR will set you up with another interview at another branch. I got an offer the same day I did my second interview with a different branch. They do a background check, credit check, and call three references. You go for a paid 8 hour orientation. You get 2 weeks of full time paid training at their Operations building. You do a lot of training and webinars throughout your career there. Every month you're doing webinars.
